Please tell me why it’s always so awkward writing a bio about yourself?

I’ll get straight to the point:

  • I started posting content on TikTok three years ago on skincare after sharing how I dramatically improved my skin texture (see below)

  • I like to post about skincare of course, but more recently about adjacent topics like: hormone health, food/diet, workouts & big sister advice I can share from having just turned 30

  • I believe in science and am heavily anti-hype and misinformation

Why subscribe?

I usually post minimum of two videos across Instagram and TikTok per day, sometimes up to 5 a day on TikTok. On top of this, I also have my blog and YouTube with uploads a few times per month. All of this is free!

However, I wanted a space to update my community on a few things that just don’t quite fit the other platforms, such as:

  • First impressions of new product launches that I can write up quickly and get out to you asap (instead of planning, filming and editing a video that may take much longer)

  • Secret projects I’m working on that I don’t talk about on any other platform 👀

  • A written, updated version of my morning and evening skincare routine (video versions are on my social media profiles)

  • Updates on adjacent topics like: hormones, food, supplements & habits I do to optimise my life
